Before starting Clear Path Accounting, she felt frustrated that all service efforts were focused on lodgements of tax returns and not on services that propel genuine business success.

Which is why she created Clear Path Accounting.

Suzanne has been an accountant for over 25 years, but as a skilled business coach and mentor, she certainly breaks the conventional accounting mould.

Her friendly and vivacious personality makes visiting the accountant something to actually look forward to.

Even the Penrith Valley Chamber think she’s the best thing since sliced, gluten-free bread, as she has been their trusty Treasurer for the last 5 years.

Suzanne is quite the social butterfly and loves everything that sparkles… Especially champagne (which may or may not be in a bar fridge under her desk).

With over 14 years’ experience in public practice as a qualified accountant and tax agent, Dianne’s depth of knowledge spans across many industries, including hospitality, outdoor adventure, building, automotive, and medical practices. She loves meeting new clients and discovering what drives them and their unique businesses. To Dianne, accounting is like a jigsaw puzzle in which she derives great satisfaction in piecing together to help people create their ideal business.

Dianne is an avid reader and loves keeping active through yoga, walking and bike riding. Her weekends are often spent with her car-mad husband and two sons.

Chloe is highly skilled with over 11 years of industry experience and is a cloud-based accounting wizard. In this time, she has worked closely with hundreds of businesses and developed a high-level understanding of what gets results and what doesn’t. She is an expert in data entry, reconciliations, accounts preparation, BAS, payroll and tax returns. Throughout her career, she has earned the trust, loyalty and respect of our clients.

Chloe has a passion for the environment and has been instrumental in greening our office, even recycling an entire house (ask her about it). She is also our resident thrill seeker, giving most anything a red-hot shot – everything from heli-skiing to shark diving – and she’s just getting started.

Karen has been in accounting her entire career. She has expert knowledge in all areas of accounting and taxation but is our Self-Managed Super Funds fanatic. Karen is dedicated to providing a professional service and will always go the extra mile to meet her client’s needs. Approachable and friendly, she develops close working relationships with her colleagues and clients, who hold her in the highest regard.

A keen dancer, Karen loves to do the tango and the cha-cha and has performed around the world. She is currently living her dream work-life, floating somewhere on a boat, with her hubby on an English canal.

Lucy has been a part of the Clear Path Accounting team since 2019. Lucy is currently completing her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, while juggling motherhood. Her happy place is helping small businesses get their accounting systems operating efficiently and accurately and she loves all things payroll. She has a great eye for detail and a calm demeanour.

Lucy enjoys spending time with her friends and family, which really means that she loves being around her favourite people, a great party, plenty of music, and lots of fun and laughter.

Sharon is the backbone of Clear Path Accounting and ensures the smooth operation of our entire organisation. As the manager of our super busy office, she prides herself on attention to details and next-level customer service. Even we are still often wowed by her skills!

Sharon has run her own small business prior to joining us, so is equipped with an innate understanding of the challenges and opportunities that businesses face. Sharon is your first point of contact for Clear Path Accounting.

Sharon is very family focused and enjoys camping and going away for the weekends and is currently mind-mapping a round Australia adventure.

Stacey is a community builder. She loves nothing more than helping people connect and collaborate. A skill she developed while living 10 years overseas in small-town America. She has spent the last 11 years working with businesses of all shapes and sizes across the Sydney region, in the Local Chamber of Commerce space. She is a conservationist at heart and has an eye for sustainable living. She has previously run her own business driving consumer awareness around single-use plastic consumption. She is now proud to be part of our team, not only telling our story but also the inevitable success stories of our clients.

In her spare time Stacey can be found indulging in bushwalking adventures, yoga, singing, strumming, and general social butterflying.

Zhiella loves finding the most efficient way to complete tasks and making other people’s lives easier. With more than 10 years’ experience in training and administrative work we are more than thrilled to have Zhiella on our Clear Path team as our Virtual Admin Assistant.

Some of her other loves include sports, food, sleeping in, Netflix and spending time with her hubby, nieces and nephews.
