How many hours a week do I need to commit to this program?
This program is 2.5 hours face-to-face every Tuesday.
The sessions go from 10 am until 12:30 pm at the Quest Apartments in Penrith. Parking is available nearby and it’s close to public transport.
What if I can’t make a session?
We understand that other commitments pop up. It’s part of life. The sessions will be video-recorded and we can provide you with a recording of any sessions you may miss. Just let us know!
