Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Collaborate with clients to develop financial strategies that drive growth and strengthen the foundation of their business, contributing to their long-term success and resilience.
• Business Optimisation: Utilise your expertise to streamline processes, optimise operations, and adapt to evolving market conditions, ensuring that our clients remain competitive and robust.
• Insight-Driven Analysis: Turn financial data into actionable insights, guiding clients through opportunities and challenges with courage and clarity.
• Risk Management: Create and implement risk management strategies that protect businesses from financial vulnerabilities, contributing to their long-term stability.
• Tax Advisor: Provide clients with accurate, compliant, and strategic advice to optimise their tax position and enhance overall business profitability. You’ll also be responsible for reviewing tax returns, including SMSFs, for accuracy and assisting more junior staff with their queries, ensuring the highest standards of tax compliance.
• Regulatory Expertise: Provide proactive advice on other regulatory changes, ensuring clients remain compliant while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work from our Blaxland office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in tax advisory, accounting, and business strategies.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic advice that drives significant results
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Energised and ready to handle a diverse and fast-paced client portfolio.
