As the former Treasurer and Vice President, and now a long-standing Board Member of the Penrith Valley Chamber, she continues to drive growth, collaboration, and opportunity for local businesses—committed to creating a meaningful and lasting impact.
Outside of work, Suzanne’s world is filled with family, creativity, and a touch of fun! She absolutely loves being a grandmother and cherishes time with her family. When she’s not crocheting (which she claims to be pretty amazing at!), she’s unwinding with meditation, exploring new destinations, or enjoying bubbly catch-ups with friends and family. A lifelong learner, she has a deep appreciation for personal development, mindset work, and continuous growth—always striving to evolve both personally and professionally.
Victoria De Greyte
Senior Accountant & Advisor
Vicky began her career in wealth management, gaining a strong foundation in accounting and finance before a tree change brought her to the mountains and to Clear Path Accounting. She thrives in public practice, supporting NDIS, not-for-profit, and for-profit clients while building strong relationships that help businesses grow. Outside work, Vicky loves adventure through bushwalking, overnight hikes, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and enjoying a great fantasy novel.

Senior Accountant & Advisor
Allan is passionate about guiding businesses through complex tax and accounting challenges, with a focus on strong relationships, clear communication, and tailored solutions for growth. Drawn to Clear Path’s commitment to exceptional service, he enjoys helping clients achieve their goals with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, Allan keeps active with weight training, martial arts, and outdoor sports, and loves exploring new cuisines and recipes.

Bookkeeping Operations Manager
With 30 years of experience in accounting and payroll across NDIS, health, construction, and IT, Megan brings extensive expertise to Clear Path Accounting. She is highly regarded for her knowledge in NDIS bookkeeping, funding, compliance, and multi-portal claims, as well as payroll under the SCHADS award. Skilled in cloud-based systems, she helps businesses streamline operations. Outside work, Megan enjoys good wine, great food, quality time with her friends & family, and relaxing with her cat, Miss Bonnie.

Accountant
Megan brings over 15 years of accounting experience, including work with a multi-million-dollar construction company. Skilled in procurement, accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, she ensures financial operations run seamlessly. Currently working towards her CPA, Megan is dedicated to growth and excellence, with a passion for supporting clients in the NDIS sector. Outside work, she enjoys family beach days, kids’ sports, bike rides, crocheting, healthy cooking, reading, and finance podcasts.

With over 14 years of experience, Chloe is a highly skilled accounting professional and cloud-based accounting expert. She has worked with hundreds of businesses, gaining valuable insight into what drives success. Passionate about building personal wealth for herself and her clients, Chloe combines practical knowledge with a results-driven mindset, helping businesses grow with clarity and confidence.
Lucy Schein
Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist
Lucy is an experienced bookkeeper with expertise in payroll, including the SCHADS award, and deep knowledge of NDIS invoicing. For over six years at Clear Path Accounting, she has brought skill, efficiency, and a fun, positive energy to the team. Focused on working smarter, not harder, Lucy is valued for her can-do approach. Outside of work, she treasures family time and creating memories with loved ones.

Accountant
Karen has dedicated her career to accounting, developing expertise across all areas, with a true passion for Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs), where she’s become our go-to specialist. Outside of work, she’s equally committed to the environment, exploring permaculture and sustainable living. Driven by continuous growth, Karen supports clients with clarity, precision, and purpose, making her an invaluable part of the Clear Path team.

Executive Assistant & Practice Manager
Sharon is the backbone of Clear Path Accounting, keeping the office running smoothly with her attention to detail and outstanding customer service. With experience in other accounting firms and running her own business, she ensures seamless operations while building strong client relationships. Outside of work, Sharon loves camping and bushwalking, having adventured since childhood, and now dreams of touring Australia with her family.

With 27 years in retail management and customer service, Mel understands the power of connection. When Clear Path introduced the Client Services Coordinator role, her colleagues knew she’d be the perfect fit- and they were right. Mel thrives on engaging with clients and celebrating their wins. Outside work, she’s a proud wife and mum of three, a BMX event announcer, marriage celebrant, and creative cake decorator for friends and family.
Jack Pockran
Bookkeeper Trainee
Jack is at the beginning of his accounting career and embraces every challenge with enthusiasm. As a trainee at Clear Path Accounting, he is eager to learn, grow, and build his skills in the world of bookkeeping & numbers. Off the clock, Jack’s first love is soccer, where his competitive spirit and team-first attitude shine—qualities he also brings to his work and professional development.

Hannah is Clear Path Accounting’s reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant, working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations. With experience managing her family business before transitioning into virtual assistance, she brings professionalism, efficiency, and forward-thinking solutions to the team. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys movies, documentaries, and podcasts, along with working out and unwinding—activities that keep her informed, balanced, and energised in both life and work.

Chris is a motivated and tireless professional with a passion for making a difference in people’s lives. He does this by challenging his clients personally and professionally, with a belief that for genuine success to occur, the work needs to begin at the level of the business owner.
Chris works with leaders in companies, businesses with the sole purpose of transforming ideas and opportunities into practical reality. Being that he is Suzanne’s business coach, we can hand-on-heart tell you that we are well-versed in his particular kind of magic.
